Our Story
Chef Adrian, a 37-year old educated Black man, born in the vibrant city of New Orleans, Louisiana, brought New Orleans-inspired Cajun and Creole cuisines that highlighted bold and robust flavors to the city of Atlanta, Georgia. His love for cooking has brought him local success with some of the local seafood communities.
He was recognized by the African American Soul Food Museum (AASFM) as one of the 100 most influential amateur culinary artists for 2014. Chef Dr. Kenneth Whilhoite, founding director of the AASFM, has been Adrian's culinary arts mentor and advisor since 2013. Chef David Vaughn, caterer and author of the book "A Healthier You" (2018), significantly influenced Chef Adrian's culinary beginnings. Chef David's book (Vaughn, 2018) inspired him in many of his culinary creations.
Chef Adrian's love for cooking and his desire to serve "love on a plate" has been his driving force to open and develop Love's Cajun Ki'chen, Inc. (2020). Love's Cajun Ki'chen has a slogan that holds to every dish on its menu; "You'll Taste the Love In Every Bite!"
